This online help page is dedicated to the SurgeONE.ai Marketing Review page and its associated functionalities. Marketing review is essential in wealth management because it helps firms ensure their messaging is effective, relevant, and aligned with client needs and regulatory standards. It enables better communication of value, fosters trust, and supports long-term client relationships by making sure branding and outreach strategies truly reflect the firm's strengths and priorities in a competitive landscape.
The accessibility and functionalities of the different sections of this page are dependant on the role based access controls / permissions set for the logged-in user. For more details refer to the Roles online help.
1. Navigating to the Marketing Review page
Click on the Marketing Review menu option of the left panel.

Clicking on this menu option loads the Marketing Review page showing the list of all documents used for marketing purposes which are uploaded for review or the review is either in remediation or is completed. Here is the view of the loaded page.

Pre-Requisites
For Marketing Review, the following pre-requisites are required to be set up:
- A minimum of two users are required. Consider these two users are - a Marketing Admin and a Marketing Representative.
- One user should be set in the Supervisor field of the other user. Consider that the Marketing Admin is set as the supervisor of the Marketing Representative.
- Assign the supervisor user (Marketing Admin) to the role of Marketing Review Super Admin
- Assign the other user (Marketing Representative) to the role of Marketing Review Content Provider
- The Marketing Representative can find a button labeled as Upload Document on the Marketing Review List page. After clicking on it, the user can proceed to upload a marketing document.
- After AI review is completed, the Marketing Review Super Admin role user (the Marketing Admin) will be able to see the record created for the Marketing Representative entry done earlier, in the Marketing Review List page and can view its details, AI responses, etc.
2. Understanding the various elements of the Marketing Review page
SurgeONE leverages advanced AI to deliver real-time, on-demand, intelligent surveillance across multiple communication channels. It empowers compliance teams to scale effortlessly while maintaining precision and control.
Refer to the following screenshot which is marked with numerical values that correspond to the below stated points.

- Search bar to filter out results and refresh icon to remove search input query
- Grid view column populates the loaded or filtered result(s)
- ACTION column contains the toggled row-context menu option(s)
- + Upload Document button to create a new entry
- Vertical ellipsis icon beside + Upload Document button to customize the grid view columns
- Pagination options are provided at the bottom to control the page items limit and to navigate to other page entries
NOTE: The following sub-sections elaborate further to the above-stated points.
2.1. Searching for Marketing Review entries
Here is the view of filters section having the search bar and the refresh icon.

2.1.1. Search bar
You can use the search bar to enter text and find matching results.
Based on the text entered, matching results are listed out.

If results are not found based on the search query, the grid displays the No matching records found label.

2.1.2. Refresh icon
Click the refresh icon to clear any input within the search bar and reset it to its default blank state. The grid view will automatically update, displaying the most recent incident records. This action facilitates a streamlined interface, ensuring users maintain access to current data without residual search constraints.

2.2. Understanding the grid view
The grid view displays all marketing review entries. The following columns are present in it by default:

- Title: Here a Review For label is displayed followed by the uploaded document name, which is again followed up with a By label before the user name who uploaded it. For example - ''Review For BMW Overview Doc.docx By Riley Parker'' text displayed in this column signifies that the ''BMW Overview Doc.docx'' was uploaded for review by the username ''Riley Parker''.
- Status: Indicates the current stage of the review process, such as Needs Review, Back to Submitter, Approved, AI Response Error, etc.
- Campaign: Refers to the broader marketing initiative or project the item is part of. The Campaign dropdown option which was selected at the time of uploading the marketing content entry gets displayed here.
- Target Audience: Specifies the intended group or demographic for the marketing content. The Target Audience dropdown option which was selected at the time of uploading the marketing content entry gets displayed here.
- Type of Document: Classifies the nature or format of the submitted material. The Type of Document dropdown option which was selected at the time of uploading the marketing content entry gets displayed here.
- Channel Type: Denotes the medium through which the content will be distributed. The Channel Type dropdown option which was selected at the time of uploading the marketing content entry gets displayed here.
- Notes for the Reviewer: Additional context or comments provided to guide the review process. This is fetched from the entered notes of the Notes for the Reviewer field, provided at the time of uploading the marketing document.
- Action: Contains the vertical ellipsis
icon which can be used to toggle the row-context menu option(s). More details about the associated functionalities have been explained in the following sub-section.
2.3. Using the View context menu option of the Action column
Click on the vertical ellipsis
icon against any displayed row entry of the grid view to toggle the row-context menu options.
After clicking on it, the following menu option is visible.

2.3.1. Using the View menu option
Click on the vertical ellipsis

After clicking on it, the following modal window loads titled as Marketing Review Request Details.

The following information are displayed under the Basic Information section:
- Title: Displays the title of the marketing review document.
- Status: Displays the current status of the entry to indicate whether it is yet to be started, in progress, encountered AI response error while processing, is sent back to submitter or already completed.
- Approver: Displays the username of the approver.
- Campaign: Displays the chosen campaign as per the dropdown selection, if it was made during the marketing content review entry creation.
- Target Audience: Displays the chosen target audience as per the dropdown selection, if it was made during the marketing content review entry creation.
- Type of Document: Displays the chosen type of document as per the dropdown selection, if it was made during the marketing content review entry creation.
- Channel Type: Displays the chosen channel type as per the dropdown selection, if it was made during the marketing content review entry creation.
- Notes for the Reviewer: Displays the entered notes, if it was specified during the marketing content review entry creation.
- Date of Approval: Displays the applicable approval date if the entry is already approved.
The following information are displayed under the Review For Employee section:
- NAME: Displays the full name of the assigned user(s)
- EMAIL: Displays the linked email address of the selected user(s)
- LATEST REVIEW STATUS: Displays the most recent status of the entry
- ACTION(S): Contains the vertical ellipsis
icon which can be used to toggle the context menu option labeled as View Details. More information regarding this feature has been elaborated in the following sub-section.
A refresh icon is present beside the Review For Employee section header. Click on it to refresh the displayed data of this section.
2.3.2. Using the View Details menu option
Click on the vertical ellipsis
icon against any displayed row entry of the Marketing Review Request Details modal window to toggle the row-context menu option labeled as View Details.

After clicking on it, the following modal window loads titled as Uploaded Documents.

2.3.2.1. Performing search operation
You can enter text in the search bar to quickly find listed items. A refresh icon is present beside the search bar. Click on it to refresh the displayed data of this modal window.
The following screenshot displays an executed search operation. The search operation occurs on all fields' data.

2.3.2.2. Understanding the grid data of Uploaded Documents modal window
The grid view displays the dataset related to the review operation. The following columns are displayed:
- Document Name - It displays the name of associated file as per the title.
- Version - It shows the document version.
- Uploaded On - Displays the date of uploading of the document.
- Latest Review Status - Shows the current status of the entry
- AI Response Time (sec) - It is the time taken by the AI to perform assessment. It is zero when there are no issues encountered by the AI.
- Issue Count - Shows the number of AI detected issues, if any.
- AI Risk Score (10 -> 100) - Shows the AI calculated risk score of the contents of the document
- Action - This column contains icons to download the document, view the AI review details and download the report
2.3.2.3. Using the Action column icons of Uploaded Documents modal window
As mentioned above there are three icons displayed here. Click on the former (download) icon to download a local copy of the document which was uploaded for review.

Click on the second (binoculars) icon to view the comprehensive AI assessment. Clicking on it loads a AI Review Details modal view with the AI generated Issue On Line, Justification and Suggested Remediation.

A Back button is also provided at the bottom-left, to navigate back to the previous view.
Click on the third (download report) icon to download a local pdf copy of the associated AI reviews.

NOTE: It may so occur that there are no issues detected by the AI, In that case the Issue Count column will have a zero entry. Since no issues are detected, there exists no AI operation or feedback and the icon is disabled.
2.3.2.4. Using the Pagination options of this modal window
Pagination options are provided at the bottom-left, to navigate through multiple pages of entries, which populate the grid view as per the selected count of items per page.
2.3.2.5. Exporting AI Reviews
Click on the Export button at the bottom right to download a PDF copy of the comprehensive AI assessment. It performs the same action as that of the download report icon, and hence the functionality has not been repeated here.
2.4. Uploading a new Marketing Review entry
Click on the + Upload Document button at the top right, to proceed to upload a new Marketing Review entry for your organization.

2.4.1. Step #1 - Providing Form Details
The following page loads. Enter form-specific details here. Perform the following activities to provide necessary details in the Schedule Details tab:

- The Title field is disabled and set with placeholder text Review For by default. You cannot enter an appropriate name for the new Marketing Review activity in the Title field as it is a read-only field.
- The Status field is disabled and set as Uploaded by default. You cannot edit it, as it is a read-only field.
- Select a dropdown option of the Campaign dropdown field. It is an optional field.
- Select a dropdown option of the Target Audience dropdown field. It is an optional field.
- Select a dropdown option of the Type of Document dropdown field. It is an optional field.
- Select a dropdown option of the Channel Type dropdown field. It is an optional field.
- If you want, you can enter relevant notes in the Notes for the Reviewer field.
- Click on the Next button (at the bottom right) to go to the employee selection stage.

2.4.2. Step #2 – Providing Document Details
In the second stage, which is titled as Document Details, you can select a created user (who has necessary permissions granted).

- Click on the Click to Upload Document button.
- Browse and select the appropriate document. Click on the Open button to upload it.
- The selected document gets listed in the Entries grid view. Click on the Submit button (at the bottom right) to create the Marketing Review entry.
- You will be redirected to the Marketing Review page. The created entry can be found listed on the grid view.

An Open modal window loads for you to browse and select the marketing document which you wish for the AI to review. You can upload .pdf or .doc or .docx format documents here.

NOTE:
- The + Upload Document button is not present to upload a marketing document for review in the following image.

The button is present only if the following conditions occur:- The user belongs to the following role: Marketing Review Content Provider.
- A Supervisor must be set for the user belonging to any of the above stated roles. The Supervisor field cannot be set as Self or left blank.
- The document uploaded here as attachment will be used and consumed by the AI for auto-responding to the assigned vendor assessment. AI responds automatically on the basis of the dataset present in it.
- Validation is employed on the attachment selection. At least one document must be selected and uploaded before clicking on the Submit button, otherwise the system will not create the entry and the following modal window will get triggered. Click on the Ok button to close it.
- A delete icon is present to remove the uploaded document prior to submission.
- The status is initially set to AI Review in Progress.
- The status is updated to Needs Review after the AI review is complete.

2.5. Customizing the grid view columns
- To alter the columns of the view, you can click on the vertical ellipsis
icon at the right of the + Upload Document button.
- Make permissible checkbox selections under the Marketing Review header to set the grid view according to your preference. The checkbox selections which cannot be modified are greyed-out.
- Click on the Save button to store changes made and close this modal window.

A Marketing Review Columns modal window loads to display the list of columns and its current selection. The columns of the grid view which are visible by default are pre-selected in this modal window. You can customize and control the columns displayed in the grid view. This feature enables you to tailor the grid view to show data which enhance user experience by providing flexibility and control, making it easier to focus on the most pertinent details.
